- Promo Items - Vary depending on item, but most items minimum order Totals start at $350
- Signage - There are no minimums on banners, however yard signs will price at intervals of 10

- CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?
We do not accept any supplied garments.
You will find a wide assortment of items available through our suppliers.
This allows us to replace items if necessary when they are damaged during decoration processes at times.
- WHAT IS YOUR SPOILAGE RATE?
In the decoration process items can be damaged, so we allow for an expected spoilage rate of 2% or a minimum of 1 piece. You will not be charged for any damaged items. They will be removed from your order invoice, and the amount for any omitted items will be credited back to your account.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We strive to avoid the need for returns by using mock up proofing methods in our process for your confirmation.
However, in the case that we are responsible for a mistake, we will begin a replacement order upon the unsatisfactory order being returned to us. *OR* if you'd like a replacement, BUT can still make use of the items being replaced, we would be happy to offer them to you at a significant discount and see them go to good use.
